How to place an order
Email me spaceyderg@gmail or send me a friend request through Discord SpaceyDerg #0314. Look through the prices section for examples. Once the commission order is confirmed I will put the client on a list and begin work. I take payment after the commission is completed
Come prepared with reference images /moodboards for things such as outfits/pose/hairstyle etc
Throughout the process you'll be sent progress images: sketch, line art, color to approve. Drastic changes such as pose change will come at an extra cost after the sketch phase.
Be patient once you placed your order. All commissions have a general time estimation to be completed, if for whatever reason there is a delay on my end you will be notified.
All finished commissions will be sent via .PNG format included with the invoice. Once the work has been completed I will confirm with the client that they want no more changes to the final product
By agreeing to a commission you agree to my terms of services. I will not be held responsible for any disputes due to client not reading my terms and service.
Terms
Do NOT attempt to argue/haggle the prices. Failure to respect this will be blacklisted and decline of future commissions.
I can deny any commission if I feel it reflects negative views. This includes racist, sexist, homophobic/transphobic views. Any argument will result in blacklisting. Be respectful.
Client receives a non watermarked version of the art. If client wants to post/share the image/design I ask they provide credit somewhere in the post.
Any additional fees involving complexity will be addressed at the start. Additional characters/Complex backgrounds will also be charged outside of the Experimental option.Extra characters will be charged 70% of the base price i.e one chibi order is $38, to get 2 chibis the total would be 38+27 = $65
Payments are done through PayPal Invoices, payment is given once commission has been completed. If for any reason I can not finish the commission no money will be taken. However if the client cancels after the art work has already been done they will be charged dependent on the amount completed.
Once the artwork is finished you may use it for profile icons however do NOT use the artwork for commercial use such as selling a T-shirt design or any kind of reselling for cryptocurrency without discussion. I retain all rights to the artwork.
Under no circumstance is the art to be input in any NFT/Cryptocurrency/AI training, it is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting
